We prefer that our main form of communication to be by email which is constantly monitored throughout the day. Of course, if you do not have email facilities Sue can be contacted on WhatsApp 0827808678 or phone on 021-7881571. Once we have been contacted, we will acknowledge your request soonest during office hours. We then put you onto our schedule to arrange a visit. Office hours 9am to 4pm Weekdays.
Our call out fee is R550.00 which includes the first half hour to assess the problem and endeavor to solve it. A spare part may be needed, but anything over the cost of R1000.00 in total we will send you a quotation for approval.
We generally only email the invoice on the following day to see if all is in working order, so please do not hesitate to contact us should there be an intermittent fault. An EFT payment can be made to us as the banking details are on the invoice.
